Steve Smith, 36, has become a regular focus of chants and jeers from England supporters following his involvement in the 2018's ball-tampering scandal.
Smith lost his position as captain and banned for a full year while Darren Lehmann, who was cleared of any offense, quit as coach in the wake of the event.
"The abuse you get is daily," Darren Lehmann said. "It is astonishing."
"Smith is competing every day. It would be more difficult for him."
"In England they just don't forget. It is like they have ever committed an error in their lives."
"It's just the individuals that drink too much and act up like pork chops."

In a Test match versus South Africa, Smith admitted the Australian "team leadership" devised a strategy to interfere with the cricket ball.
Former opener Warner instructed batsman Cameron Bancroft how to employ sandpaper to rough up the ball, and he was then discovered doing so by broadcast cameras in the middle of play. The two players were also banned along with Steve Smith.

"We committed the wrong thing, acknowledge it and move on," Lehmann said.
