White House Decries 'Democratic Fabrication' as Additional Jeffrey Epstein Photos Released

Democratic lawmakers have released a new tranche of what they described as "troubling" photographs from the property of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The initial drop of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 released later on Friday represent a tiny fraction of the approximately 100,000 images released to the House investigative panel, which is examining the actions and ties of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking crimes.

High-Profile Individuals in the Photos

Among the prominent personalities shown in the initial batch are celebrities such as movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, creator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump appears in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are obscured.

White House Reaction

The White House responded to the release in a statement, alleging Democrats of selectively "choosing" the pictures for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false narrative."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been time and again refuted," an administration official remarked, insisting that "the Trump administration has accomplished more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding disclosure, releasing reams of papers, and demanding additional probes into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Remarks

The images were released devoid of explanation, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they raise more questions about Epstein's associations with wealthy individuals.

"The moment has come to halt this White House obfuscation and secure justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he declared in a statement.

The disclosure of these images comes as the oversight committee proceeding with its investigation into the Epstein case.
